Accommodation
Dear Raceboard friends,
in order to make you feel comfortable not only during the exciting competitions on the water and the daily parties and events, but also to find a pleasant accommodation, we are currently contacting all possible landlords and negotiating a special price.
Some of the accommodations are very close, some are best reached by bike in 5-10 minutes. Therefore, we plan to provide bicycles for participants arriving by plane (if possible free of charge or for a very small contribution towards expenses).
Camping Grounds
There are several camping grounds around the Steinhuder Meer, but most of you might want to stay at the directly adjacent campsite. And for this we can already announce a special deal, as with the code word "World Championship Raceboard 2023" you will receive a discount on your booking.
Attention: The camping ground is also renting 10 new (1-2 years old) Fendt Caravans with a fixed tent (awning). So if you want to stay very close by and cannot come with you own caravan or camper, maybe you want to rent one of these.

Hostel
If you are (or want to get) a member of the International Youth Hostel Association, you can also stay at the nearby Hostel with your camper at favourable conditions. We have not yet been able to check whether rooms are available at the youth hostel at that time ..... The sooner you register, the better.

Various holiday flats and guest rooms
As it is a touristic region, there are several holiday flats nearby, but you should try to book as soon as possible as some of them will be booked quite early and we are not able to make a pre-reservation for you as we do not know how many of you want to stay in a flat.

Holiday farm Struckmann
This clean and simple place to stay at a moderate price is 5-7 min by bike or a 20 min walk from the club.
Holiday houses with 70sqm for 2-4 persons, one of two holiday homes is still available in the period 11.6.-18.6.2023. Also 6 holiday flats are available with 48qm for max. 3 persons. (Status 11.8.2023)

Holiday flat Reuse
The flat is 8-9 minutes by bike and 30 min walk from the club in the street "Hinter dem Lindenberg", so a bike would be good. It is described as: 7 holiday flats for 4 to 8 pers. in a very idyllic location! Large garden, many leisure facilities.
Holiday flat Dräger
The holiday flat is very tidy and is located 4 minutes by bike or a 15 min walk from the club in the "Bootsweg", walking/riding mainly along the shore of the sea.
